What we collect
This website does not ask you to type in personal details. When you call us, we note your name, phone number, the address of the job and what you would like painted so we can schedule a walkthrough and prepare a written scope. If you send photos by text, we keep them with your job notes.
How we use it
We use your details only to answer your call, schedule and complete your project, send your scope and invoice, and follow up about the work. We do not sell your information. If your call is passed to another painting company because our schedule is full, we share only what that company needs to call you back about the job, and only with your agreement on the call.
Website data
Like most sites, our web host may log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site working. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the page loads. We do not run advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep job records for as long as needed for follow-up questions about the work, accounting and tax purposes, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Call us at (817) 285-5564 and we will take care of it.
